We are seeking a Sales Manager MEA to establish and lead the Sales of CISA Production autorized distributors’ network in Middle East and Africa.
Activities
- Execute and develop strategies to achieve sales targets across the MEA region
- Develop and maintain relationships with CISA Autorized distributors in the region
- Discover new partners and build long-term strategic partnerships
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and suggest strategies tailored to the MEA market
- Operate in a global environment, with willingness to travel across the MEA region

Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in the medical device industry
- In-depth understanding of CSSDs, biotechnology laboratories and pharmaceutical facilities business sectors
- Familiarity with CRM tools, sales tracking and hospital procurement processes
- Proven experience in a sales management role.
Education
- Degree or higher in Business Administration, International Trade, Medical Devices or related field
Languages
- Strong business communication skills in English and in at least one local language. Italian language skill is a plus
Work Location:
· Preference for candidates based in UAE or KSA
