Job Responsibilities
* User support, PC and peripheral installation/configuration, ticket management, collaboration with the central IT team.
Requirements
* Experience in technical support/help desk.
* English level B2.
* Own vehicle for travel.
* Active VAT number.
Additional Skills and Preferences
* Installation, configuration, and management of Microsoft Windows operating systems.
* Installation of various application packages via procedures.
* Hardware maintenance on PCs and printers.
* Installation, configuration, and management of Android and Apple MacOS/iOS systems.
* Installation, updating, and management of main Office Automation applications like Microsoft Office.
* Use of remote management tools.
* Knowledge of email systems.
* Knowledge of Active Directory services.
Ideal candidates will also demonstrate a willingness to learn about new technologies and work well in a team. Certifications such as Microsoft certifications and specialized IT courses will be considered a plus.
