CHEMICAL PROJECT MANAGER: Requirements: - PhD in Organic Chemistry; - Able to deliver to tight deadlines and being customer satisfation oriented; - Good communication and organization skills; - Excellent command of English; - Team player; flexible to work with different cultures and backgrounds; - Preferable study abroad experience. Primary responsibilities 1) Ensures the correct information flow both between the various company functions and the customers during the management of complex R&D and custom projects; 2) Takes care of the coordination of complex projects, ensuring the respect of the assigned tasks and times in the various project phases; 3) Ensures a technical support to the customer, thanks to the knowledge in the chemical field; 4) Supports R&D in the identifying of the most efficient management methods of assigned projects in order to best respond to customer needs and requests; 5) Ensures the monitoring of project progress and the respect of planned times, promptly providing relevant information to the top management involved in the projects and proposing any corrective actions; 6) Supports the Executive Director, Global Business and Strategic Development in the management of technical-commercial relationships and information flows with customers; 7) Schedule periodic meetings with clients in order to manage their requests and solve technical chemical matters; What We Offer: - A dynamic position, in a high-paced environment - The chance to be part of a successful and growing multinational organization. - The opportunity to work independently and consolidate in the role
