By managing the budget and the sales, by monitoring customer service and visual merchandising, by fostering the cooperation with other departments, you will be a key player in the development of the business and the reputation of the brand.Do you want to be part of LPP Italy Team?Role Overview Of The Regional Sales ManagerThe Regional Sales Manager is responsible for supervising and coordinating the commercial and operational activities of retail stores within an assigned region.This role plays a key part in ensuring that sales targets are achieved, brand policies implemented, and operational standards maintained.This role leads store teams by example, supports their development.This role ensures the consistent delivery of high company standards across both existing stores and new openings within the assigned region.This role is also responsible for aligning regional retail execution with HQ strategies and ensuring efficiency, compliance, and productivity in daily operations.Your Responsibilities And TasksConduct regular store visits to evaluate commercial and operational performance, coach Store Managers, motivate teams, and implement corrective action plans where necessary.Take full ownership of achieving commercial and profitability targets within the assigned region.Monitor sales performance through detailed KPI analysis, identifying risks and opportunities, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.Ensure effective implementation of trade and commercial policies, maintaining full alignment with brand standards and corporate guidelines.Build, lead, and develop a high-performing and engaged retail team across the region, including upcoming store openings.Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and continuous training of Store Managers and store teams to ensure leadership excellence and talent pipeline development.Define clear development objectives, conduct performance evaluations, and implement structured improvement and succession plans.Manage regional operational costs, control the assigned budget, and ensure optimal resource allocation and efficiency.Guarantee excellence in customer experience, store presentation, and visual merchandising standards across all locations.Supervise the execution of marketing initiatives and ensure operational readiness for campaigns, promotions, and peak trading periods.Optimize workforce planning, ensuring accurate staffing levels in line with company policies and cost objectives.Monitor stock levels and inventory performance, coordinating corrective actions to maximize sell-through and minimize stock losses.Coordinate and supervise store openings, closures, and renovation projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and standards are respected.Ensure strict compliance with health & safety regulations, labor law requirements, and internal company policies throughout the region.Collaborate cross-functionally with VM, Marketing, HR, Logistics, and other internal and external stakeholders to drive business success.Prepare and present comprehensive performance reports to senior management, providing data-driven recommendations and strategic insights.Define weekly priorities for Store Managers and structure efficient store visit planning.Represent the company at local training sessions, corporate events, and external engagements when required.Ensure confidentiality, integrity, and adherence to the company’s ethical standards at all times.
