Social Network Support Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Service Engineer to join our team. As a Technical Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing pre-sales and after-sales technical support to our sales team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in science, preferably electrical engineering, and at least three years of relevant work experience in the renewable energy industry.
You will be responsible for assisting customers in fault analysis and troubleshooting via telephone or email, analyzing related data to improve data accuracy and customer satisfaction, communicating with other departments to report product issues promptly, and performing other duties assigned by superiors.
