Main Accountabilities: - Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients; receive and direct visitors, providing them general support; provide information by answering questions and requests - Support SLT by performing tasks related to organization, strong communication and CSR - Make travel arrangements for senior staff such as booking flights, cars, and hotel or restaurant reservations - Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories and evaluating new equipment and techniques; maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies - Raise purchase requisitions for site related/general services purchases - Organise company events - Manage local insurances _____________________ Why Synthomer?
