Salary and Compensation
Our total rewards package includes competitive base salary, as well as performance-based incentive pay. Employees on sales plans earn a quota-based incentive, with 75% of the target paid for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50%, and 1.5% of the target paid for each 1% between 50% and 75%. Incentive rates increase to 1% of the target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%, with no cap on incentive compensation once performance exceeds 100%.

Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Experience Manager who will drive the successful adoption and utilization of our technologies and services within customer organizations. This role plays a crucial part in driving value realization and growth, ensuring we deliver customer-aligned outcomes. You will engage with executives and technical partners, understand their business challenges, and develop strategies to enable them.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive adoption of software and services, leading to successful renewals and growth
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business objectives
- Own financials, including services revenue and margin, making strategic financial decisions
- Build and implement Technical Adoption Plans and E2E Customer plans, aligning with customer goals

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strategic problem solver with a strong background in customer success and technology adoption
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to handle financials and make strategic investment decisions
- Deep understanding of our technology and industry landscape
