Senior Graphic Designer ¦ Fidenza Village ¦ Permanent Full Time Contract

The role reports into the local Content Manager and is based in Fidenza Village. It is offered on a permanent, full-time contract.
This offer is available also for candidates belonging to protected categories as in line with law 68/99, article 18.
You will be responsible for producing creative material for the Village, ensuring all output is 'on brand', sophisticated, and consistent with current marketing materials.
The role requires a creative professional who can integrate AI technologies—such as generative design, image synthesis, and automation—into the design process to enhance visual storytelling and brand impact.
What you will be doing
The key responsibilities include:
* Designing all creative materials for the Marketing team, acting as Brand protector, and submitting work for approval.
* Leading and managing design requests, ensuring alignment with stakeholder requirements and company guidelines.
* Applying central design templates to seasonal and regular print materials, e.g., Village Directory.
* Creating artwork for external communications, including press, outdoor advertising, paid media, leaflets, website, newsletters, and special offers.
* Supporting marketing, media, hospitality, B2B, B2C, retail marketing, and VM materials to support Village initiatives.
* Maintaining consistency in branding and design across all materials.
* Preparing brand presentations as needed.
* Delivering work within deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
AI and new technology
* Staying updated on design trends and AI technologies to elevate the Village’s visual identity.
* Mentoring colleagues and fostering a culture of innovation and experimentation.
Administration
* Managing the design workflow efficiently with the Creative Team.
* Communicating with the Content Manager regarding deadlines and priorities.
* Storing all creative work systematically for future reference.
* Collaborating with the Marketing Team to maintain an archive of Village materials.
Events
* Designing materials for key events and promotional campaigns, ensuring branding consistency.
About you
We seek an individual with:
* Experience in a busy design studio environment under tight deadlines.
* Advanced skills in graphic production for print and digital media.
* Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, HTML, Dreamweaver, After Effects, Adobe Premiere.
* Experience with AI tools like Adobe Firefly, Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini.
* Knowledge of alternative tools such as Canva, Figma, CapCut.
* Strong art working skills and print setup experience.
* Demonstrable campaign design experience.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and in teams, meeting multiple deadlines.
* Fluency in Italian and English; additional European languages are a plus.
