For our client, a prestigious hotel chain operating in multiple European cities, we are looking for a: CLUSTER FINANCE MANAGER - HOTELLERIE The Finance Manager supports the day-to-day operations of the Accounting Office, ensuring accurate financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and strong internal controls. This role contributes to financial analysis, audit coordination, and compliance with company policies and local regulations. Key ResponsibilitiesOversees internal, external and regulatory audit processesEnsures property policies are administered fairly and consistently.Ensures procedures and documentation are completed according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)Analyzes information and evaluates results to choose the best solution and solve problems.Ensures that the P&L is accurate (i.E., costs are properly matched to revenue, costs are recorded in the proper accounts) and statements are delivered to appropriate individuals in a timely manner.Ensures profits and losses are documented accurately.Submits reports in a timely manner, ensuring delivery deadlines.Supports a strong accounting & operational control environment to safeguard assets, improve operations and profitability and manage business risks.Demonstrates knowledge of job-relevant issues, products, systems, and processesSupport budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance reviewsMonitor cash flow, working capital, assets, and liabilities RequirementsBachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related fieldFluency in EnglishMinimum 5 years of finance or accounting experience (hospitality experience a plus, not required)Strong IT skills, including accounting systems and advanced Excel InfoVenue: Perugia, Umbria È questo il suo prossimo lavoro?
