Make a virtual tour inside Nestlé in Italy Position Snapshot: - Nestlé in Italy, Milan headquarter - Permanent contract - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent - 5 years in Commercial Function (Trade marketing and Sales) - FMCG experience would be a plus - Proficiency in Italian and English. Position Summary: Reporting to the Trade Marketing Manager, you will prioritize channels and define channel strategies for Coffee (Nescafé - Nescafé Dolce Gusto - Starbucks) & Dairy (Nesquik - Latte Condensato) Categories to win through a deep understanding of the Shopper and Retail Landscape. You will lead a team of 2 people. A day in the life of Channel Manager: - Develop Channel plans at Category level - Develop and integrate the commercial planning processes and publish a picture of success for the Category in the Channel, enabling its implementation, continuous review and optimization - Develop the compelling channel category selling story and partner Commercial Planning team in delivering it to the Customer - Identify opportunities within all prioritized channels to execute the key category initiatives and contribute to the development of the Category initiatives within a Channel - Provide Channel solutions in order to implement the defined Plans with the Customer through internal alignment and partnering with Corporate Commercial Development Team.
