Our client is hiring an experienced Human Resources Generalist to support day‑to‑day HR operations across multiple facilities. This position is perfect for a collaborative, people‑focused professional who enjoys being hands‑on and making an impact. This position pays $65,000–$70,000/year and is direct‑hire.
This is a high‑visibility HR role where you’ll act as a trusted partner to leadership, drive recruiting efforts, and support employee relations in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
Typical daily duties:
Serve as the primary HR partner for assigned business units, supporting employee relations, investigations, performance management, and disciplinary processes
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws while maintaining accurate HR records and supporting audits
Partner with hiring managers on recruiting, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and workforce planning initiatives
Coordinate and deliver onboarding, compliance, and leadership training while supporting employee development efforts
Promote workplace safety by supporting training, incident investigations, and OSHA compliance initiatives
Administer benefits, leave programs (FMLA/ADA), HRIS updates (ADP Workforce Now), and assist with payroll coordination
What we’re looking for:
Associate’s Degree preferred and experience in a manufacturing environment strongly desired
Strong recruiting background with hands‑on hiring support experience
Knowledge of employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, and HRIS systems
Ability to partner with leadership and work collaboratively across multiple locations
