Position: Housekeeping Lead We are seeking Housekeeping Leads to oversee our housekeeping processes, coordinate a team of housekeepers, and ensure smooth daily operations. Responsibilities include managing schedules, onboarding and training staff, maintaining supplies, delegating guest requests, performing housekeeping duties, and managing maintenance reports and digital platforms. Responsibilities include: Managing weekly and daily cleaning schedules. Supporting onboarding and ongoing training of cleaners. Organizing supplies and inventory control. Delegating guest requests in real-time. Performing standard housekeeping duties as needed. Managing reports of maintenance issues and safety hazards. Using digital programs for scheduling, reporting, and communication. Traveling around the market and warehouse to complete tasks. Qualifications: Positive attitude, effective leadership, and independent work ability. Experience in housekeeping management or similar, including personnel management and scheduling. Tech-savvy with experience using digital applications. Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment. Physical stamina and mobility, ability to lift about 40 lbs.
