Your goal will be to match candidates with client companies, always keeping your business objectives in mind.

Requirements
* Good knowledge of English (minimum B2)
* Bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in humanistic subjects
* Previous experience (internship, traineeship, internship) in HR roles
This is a competency-based selection process involving a 3-phase assessment:
* CV analysis
* EQ test with our assessor
* Motivation test and motivational interview
Work Location
90% remote work; Milan office twice a month, every 15 days.
