We are looking for an HSE Supervisor for our open positions throughout Italy (various construction sites/plants) in the Oil & Gas / Energy / Infrastructure / Construction sectors.

Key ResponsibilitiesCoordination of HSE activities on construction sites and/or production facilities
Verification and updating of documentation (DVR, DUVRI, POS, PSC)
Monitoring compliance with Italian HSE regulations and company procedures on construction sites and plants
Participation in audits, inspections, technical meetings, and investigations into near-misses, accidents, and non-compliance, proposing corrective and preventive actions
Manage and monitor HSE KPIs, reporting, and mandatory documentation
Manage non-compliance and improvement plans
Collaborate with HSE Managers, Project Managers, and contractors to ensure compliance and operational standards
Provide training and awareness to internal staff and subcontractors
Who we're looking forDegree in Safety Engineering, Prevention Techniques, or similar, or a technical diploma in an environmental, engineering, or safety discipline (Environmental, Chemical, Industrial, or similar).
Alternatively, proven experience as an HSE Supervisor is preferred.
ASPP qualification (modules A and B) preferred.
At least 5 years of experience in HSE, preferably in contexts such as O&G;, construction sites.
In-depth knowledge of Legislative Decree *****, ISO *****, and ISO *****.
Good command of digital tools and software for HSE management.
Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and in dynamic environments.
Good knowledge of English (written and spoken).
Willingness to travel nationally.
Excellent command of Italian.
