Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the
Finance function
, overseeing accounting, financial reporting, planning and treasury Manage
budgeting, forecasting and long-term business planning Strengthen
industrial controlling
, monitoring margins by product, plant and customer Provide
strategic financial insights
to support operational and commercial decision-making Prepare
monthly reporting and KPI analysis for the Private Equity shareholders Optimize
working capital and financial structure Manage relationships with
banks, advisors and external auditors Support

Requirements Significant experience in
finance leadership roles within manufacturing or automotive environments Strong background in
