Impact You Will Make
We are seeking a consultant / senior consultant to join Deloitte NextHub's SAP Sales & Distribution team in Bari. The role involves working in a hybrid mode. The SAP business supports clients in identifying solutions and models aimed at improving productivity, efficiency, and service quality, leveraging new technologies.
You will assist the CEO and top management in enhancing profitability and achieving operational excellence in the business model.
Your Role
* Interpret proactively the needs of colleagues and clients, identifying coherent methodologies and approaches.
* Develop initiatives and solutions independently, gathering and structuring data, and conducting analyses to support business decisions.
* Value the contribution of junior resources and contribute to their growth.
* Identify potential risks and criticalities, sharing them promptly with the team.
* Collaborate effectively in heterogeneous and international teams.
Winning Requirements
* Diploma or Degree in economics or engineering.
* Interest in working in a consulting environment supporting colleagues who interact directly with clients.
* At least 2 to 8 years of experience in implementing or managing SAP solutions within national and international projects, gained in consulting firms or companies.
* Skills in SD, SD RETAIL, CS, C4C, CRM modules.
* Availability for travel within Italy and abroad.
* Fluent in English.
