We're looking for people who are determined to make life better for people around the world.RELATIONSHIPS / RELAZIONI- È responsabile della gestione del supporto tecnico/scientifico alla produzione routinaria nel reparto di Formulazione, Riempimento ed Ispezione delle Siringhe Pre-Riempiete.- È responsabile della gestione del personale tecnico a supporto delle aree produttive e dei professionals TS/MS del Primary e del Secondary Loop.- Partecipa ai Flow Team in qualità di rappresentante della funzione.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES / RESPONSABILITA' PRINCIPALI- Coordina la parte esecutiva delle attività relative alla convalida di processo per nuove formulazioni e/o cambi di processo che prevedono una riconvalida.- Assicura tramite professionals afferenti ai process teams e tecnici di area il supporto alle attività produttive, gestendo sia attività di routine che problematiche extraroutine.- E' responsabile che il troubleshooting per seri problemi di qualità in produzione sia eseguito nei tempi previsti; in caso di deviazioni critiche può coordinare se necessario la task force investigativa e/o assicura che ci sia un'efficace comunicazione tra il primary loop e il technical team/secondary loop.- Collabora alla investigazione e risoluzione di problematiche di Sterility Assurance in attività di Produzione.- Collabora alla investigazione e risoluzione di problematiche legate ai Materiali in attività di Produzione.- Partecipa attivamente alle attività del Flow Team.- Partecipa al Science Lead Team come membro fisso.- Partecipa alle attività di Network Lilly relative all'area di propria competenzaREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / QUALIFICHE RICHIESTE- Laurea Magistrale in discipline Tecniche/Scientifiche, preferibilmente con focus su aspetti chimico-farmaceutici- Buona padronanza della lingua inglese- Esperienza dei processi produttivi.- Conoscenza approfondita delle GMP e delle principali norme internazionali nel campo farmaceutico.- Buona conoscenza dei processi di registrazione, sia in ambito EU che US.- Capacità comunicative e di coordinamento di gruppi, capacità di troubleshooting, capacità di gestione di colloqui con autorità.- Capacità manageriali di gestione (selection, recruitment, development,) di professionals e di tecnici.RELATIONSHIPS / RELAZIONI- Tutte le aree manufacturing.- Altri stabilimenti Lilly della stessa area.- Funzioni Quality /TSMS/Eng di Network (GPP, Central TS/MS, ETC, etc...).Lilly is dedicated to helping individuals with disabilities to actively engage in the workforce, ensuring equal opportunities when vying for positions. The anticipated wage for this position is €51,600 - €83,250. Full-time equivalent employees may also be eligible for a company premio (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
