PpRandstad Leader Search Selection, specialized in the search and selection of middle and senior management profiles, is recruiting for Energy Company a : /p pSenior Controller /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liCoordinate, collect data and prepare / update Project business plans, capex / cash flow budgets and forecasts, with attention to timing and respecting deadlines. /li liReport variances and analyze financial performance against the budget. /li liProvide financial insights and recommendations to management. /li liOversee the preparation of internal and external financial reports, with attention to public incentives’ reporting (PNRR compliance). /li liPrepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. /li liEnsure compliance with Italian GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and IFRS, other regulatory requirements. /li liImprove current company processes and ensure the collection and payment of the invoices generated by the company. /li liDevelop and maintain robust internal control policies and procedures. /li liCollaborate with the Finance Director in Italy and executive team to develop financial strategies to meet business objectives. /li liParticipate in strategic planning and decision-making processes. /li liSupport mergers, acquisitions, and other financial transactions. /li /ul h3Skills /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field. /li liMinimum of 3 / 4 years of proven experience as a Project Controller or in a similar senior finance role.
