For this reason, we have been entrusted with the search for a: /p h3Industrial Automotive Project Manager – Manufacturing Footprint Optimization /h3 h3Strategic role /h3 pThe selected candidate will lead complex industrial projects in a multi-country environment, with responsibility for execution and constant collaboration with plants, central functions and international stakeholders. /p pHe / she will report directly to the Chief of Manufacturing, and he / she will be responsible for bleading complex programs involving the relocation and industrialization of European production lines in different countries worldwide /b. /p h3Main responsibilities /h3 ul liLead global programs for the relocation of production lines to cost-competitive countries. /li liPlan and manage complex multi-site projects (time, cost, quality, risks). /li liCoordinate international cross-functional teams (Operations, Industrial Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, HR). /li liEnsure the proper execution of dismantling, transfer, installation and production start-up phases. /li liMonitor project progress and manage operational issues on site. /li liInterface with Plant Managers, line suppliers and industrial partners. /li liEnsure production continuity, compliance with automotive quality standards and global manufacturing footprint strategy. /li liPrepare reports and updates for management and steering committees. /li /ul h3Ideal profile /h3 pWe are looking for a bProject / Program Manager with at least 10 years of experience in the automotive sector, from Tier 1 or Tier 2 companies /b. /p pA degree in Engineering or technical disciplines is preferred, with direct experience in production line relocation, industrialization and ramp-up in multi-plant and multi-country environments. /p pWe would like to meet candidates with strong structured project management skills, a solid understanding of manufacturing processes and automotive quality systems, and the ability to lead execution in matrix environments without direct hierarchical reporting. /p pGiven the complexity of the role and its strongly managerial and international nature, bfluency in both Italian and English is required (at least C1 level) /b.
