Ph3All about the role: /h3 pWithin the Group Procurement Organization, a global function with more than 500 team members, the Procurement Data Analyst has the key responsibility of supporting the team to maintain a competitive and high-performing portfolio of suppliers. /p pThe mission is to ensure the award of businesses to the best suppliers fulfilling the targets of cost, quality and flexibility. /p pWe operate in all world regions with a panel of international suppliers engaging them with our internal business partners across RD, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Product Line, Finance and all the functions involved in projects by projects. Sustainability and continuous improvement underpin our activity. /p h3Responsibilities: /h3 ul liDiving data research, analytics, and management of the plastic components category. /li liSupporting Category Managers with market and supplier data to facilitate strategic negotiations. /li liPerforming first evaluation, screening and analysis of offers from suppliers. /li liRunning internal and external analysis (industry supplier) as a member of a cross‑functional sourcing team. /li liSupporting RFQ‑Request for Quotation and other strategic sourcing activities. /li liAnalyzing, evaluating and proposing actions and initiatives around complexity reduction, standardisation, cost reduction and speed to market. /li liCreating automated solutions to streamline reporting, enhance cost analysis across regions, and strengthen data‑driven sourcing processes, including RFQs. /li liPreparing support materials to present in sourcing forums to top management together with the category managers. /li /ul h3Qualifications: /h3 ul liBachelor of Science degree in Business Management, Mathematics, Management Information Systems or other related disciplines. /li li1‑3 years of working experience in a Procurement function or in an adjacent field (e.g., Supply Chain or RD). /li liAbility to work with key stakeholders in a global set‑up. /li liData-driven approach and ability to work with large amounts of information and inputs. /li liResults-oriented and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment. /li liStrong communication and interpersonal skills. /li liGood organisational skills with the ability to meet goals and deliver results effectively. /li liProficiency in Microsoft Office applications – expert in Microsoft Excel preferred. /li liDigital mindset, with the ability to manage large data sets and convert them to actionable information. /li liFluent in English. /li /ul h3Location: /h3 pYou will be based in Susegana, in Italy, one of the biggest procurement organization centres. /p h3Benefits: /h3 ul liFlexible work hours/hybrid work environment. /li liDiscounts on our award‑winning Electrolux products and services. /li liExtensive learning opportunities and flexible career path at local and global level. /li liA modern, vibrant and people‑centric corporate culture. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
