You will work with the Store Manager in managing the assigned department and the team, taking care of operations and performance maximization (sales volume, profitability, customer portfolio, etc.). You will work in close contact with the Client Advisors by infusing energy into the team through your commitment and lead with passion to stimulate achievement of the best possible results. All these efforts aim to offer excellence in customer service. You will oversee the development of each Client Advisor, identifying the strengths and areas for improvement, training and coaching them daily. /p h3Responsibilities: /h3 ul liDrive sales by analysing performance data and implementing improvement strategies for your Department and for the whole store /li liAnalyse objectives provided by the Store Manager to the Client Advisors and drive their achievement /li liFoster client‑centric culture within the team, supporting them on client discovery, increasing loyalty of existing ones and sharing best practice on clienteling activities and sales /li liOrganise and conduct staff induction programs, trainings, morning briefings, one to one in order to support team’s growth and engagement /li liIdentify and develop talents within your team to propose for internal development opportunities in agreement with the Store Manager and the HR Team /li liSupport the Store Manager on staffing roster and annual leave, always ensuring proper coverage of the selling floor and smooth store operations /li liEnsure impeccable aesthetics in the store taking care of internal visual and windows display following VM guidelines /li liObserve and apply Company policies and procedures, ensuring that all directives are observed in the store /li liOversee management of warehouse space and ensure availability of the full range of items in the collection.
