Gifrab Italia SpA, a historic leader in the Fashion Retail sector, is seeking a resource to join an internship program for sales assistant activities at a prestigious store in Messina.
Mission of the Position
The selected candidate will be part of a training program aimed at supporting the store in customer assistance and guidance during purchase decisions, always in a sales-assisted perspective, combining sales techniques and product knowledge, with a focus on customer loyalty and quality service in accordance with company policies.
Main Activities
* Ensure the application of the company's commercial policy
* Guarantee maximum customer satisfaction
* Greet, assist, guide, and advise customers during sales, respecting sales processes, understanding their needs, and ensuring quality service, operating in suggestive and multiple selling approaches
* Manage sales process stages, presenting product features and ongoing promotions
* Provide high-standard information about product characteristics
* Assist customers during post-sale phases
* Maintain order in products and stock
* Ensure cleanliness and organization of the store
Requirements
* Strong passion for the Fashion Retail sector
* Excellent relational and communication skills
* Results-oriented attitude
* Good organizational skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Good written and spoken English skills
