As a Senior UX Designer, you will shape exceptional digital experiences for enterprise clients at scale. You will mentor junior designers and articulate design decisions to stakeholders in a fast-paced, agile environment. Responsabilità
* 5+ years of UX/UI design experience
* Strong portfolio with wireframes, prototyping, interaction and UI design
* Proficiency in Figma
* Solid understanding of accessibility, responsive design, and mobile-first
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Experience in agile environments and collaboration with development teams
* Knowledge of basic HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus
* Italian and English working proficiency mandatory
