Responsibilities
Gain hands-on experience in various hotel departments as assigned.
Learn first-hand about hotel operations across multiple functional areas.
Participate in day-to-day training sessions and on-the-job learning.
Apply knowledge from classroom studies to real-world hotel management tasks.
Support teams and contribute to improving guest experience.
Qualifications
Must be a current college or university student.
Strong interest in the hospitality industry.
Good communication skills.
Willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
