Based at our headquarters in Milan, this role will manage a growing team of IT professionals and play a key role in shaping the group’s strategic technology direction. With eight subsidiaries across Europe, Asia, Australia, and the Americas, Chematek is a forward-looking organization committed to digital innovation, professional development, and sustainable growth.Our core technology stack includes Microsoft Office/Azure AD, Jira (ticketing), HubSpot (CRM), Business Central (ERP – Italy and India), and Xero/Unleashed (subsidiaries), with a roadmap to unify systems globally under Business Central.Role DescriptionThe Global IT Manager is responsible for overseeing and integrating all aspects of Chematek’s global IT operations. This includes leading the internal IT team, managing vendors, ensuring system-wide security and compliance, and optimizing infrastructure and applications.
