We are looking for a
Customer Care Representative
who always puts the customer first and provides a professional Customer Experience. You will be part of a team of friendly colleagues in an international environment where your responsibility lies in providing Slovenian customers with excellent support through high availability and flexibility. One of the key missions for a Customer Care Representative is to support the gathering of constructive insight about what our customers want and, together with other functions within Arrive, propose product and process improvements to reduce the need for customers to contact us. You will initially contribute and make an impact through: Answering incoming requests via phone and emails or any other channel used, from our Slovenian customer base (private and corporate) as well as from foreign customers (in English) who use the service in Slovenia. Executing the strategies for the best customer experience of incoming requests, as decided by the Customer Care Management Team Supporting customer insights collection by logging contacts according to the company policy in order to identify solutions to improve our customers' experience journey. We don’t think one size fits all, but a successful candidate might have the following: Previous work experience within Customer Care and/or direct sales Written and oral fluency in Slovenian and English B2 (Italian is an advantage) Understanding the main Customer Care KPIs and willingness to continuous improvement Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of clients Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Feel motivated by working with others towards common goals This role will be based at the Arrive office in Rome, Italy.
