We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to manage a portfolio of mainly Italian clients, acting as the key point of contact and ensuring a high level of service through effective order management and cross‑functional coordination.
Key responsibilities
* Handle customer relationships, providing proactive support and updates
* Manage the full order cycle in ERP (entry, monitoring, changes, delivery follow‑up)
* Coordinate with production, logistics, quality and finance to ensure smooth operations
* Manage returns, non‑conformities and related customer communication
* Support reporting activities (orders, KPIs, customer performance) and maintain data accuracy across systems and portals (e.g. SupplyOn)
Requirements
* Native Italian speaker, fluent English (B2/C1)
* 2–3 years experience in customer service or order management
* Good knowledge of Excel and ERP systems
* Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills
