In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for attracting, identifying, and securing top talent to support our strategic business objectives. You will play a key role in shaping our workforce and ensuring we have the right people in the right roles to drive our success. /ppstrongResponsibilities: /strong /pulliDevelop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals. /liliManage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offering, and onboarding. /liliPartner closely with hiring managers to understand their departmental needs and develop effective recruitment plans. /liliUtilize various sourcing channels, including professional networks, job boards, social media, and industry events, to identify qualified candidates. /liliNegotiate offers and manage the pre-boarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. /liliBuild and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience. /liliStay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition. /liliManage and track recruitment metrics to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of the hiring process. /li /ulpstrongRequirements: /strong /pulliBachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or similar field is considered as an advantage. /liliAt least 3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager, preferably in luxury hospitality field. /liliMandatory experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods. /liliStrong understanding of talent acquisition best practices and recruitment technologies. /liliDemonstrated ability to attract and hire top talent in a competitive market. /liliFluency in English and Italian languages is required.
