The goal of CRO - Conversion Rate Optimization, also known as Growth, or Optimization - is to identify issues and opportunities in the customer journey and to ideate solutions to optimize business goals, leaning on controlled experiments (aka A / B tests) to validate the assumptions. You will be part of the UX Team, working side by side with UX Designers and UX Researchers. A network of professionals will assist in the daily job with Web Analytics, front-end development, copywriting, UI design, product, and marketing. The main responsibility is to connect the dots, triangulate qualitative and quantitative analysis and research to build strong hypothesis to test, then lead the ideation phase and the execution of the experiments to make sure it’s adherent to the hypothesis to test. Last but not least, as we run these experiments to learn, it’s important to understand the results and being able to explain them to the whole team. Data are numbers, they can tell many stories. Most of these stories are wrong. Being able to read data correctly is mandatory in this job. AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES Responsibilities include the identification, ideation, execution, and analysis of experiments. The main activities and responsibilities are : The collaboration with the UX Research team and the Analytics team to gather qualitative and quantitative insights, through the continuous research and analysis of user journeys through quantitative and qualitative data (usability testing, surveys, customer experience analytics, heatmaps, funnels, data analysis,) in order to detect optimization opportunities working with the UX Designers and the Product Leader to define the problems formulating hypotheses to run controlled experiments to validate the proposed solution to these problems, and enhance user experience using CRO process, working with UX / UI Designers, UX researchers and Product owners in order to deliver UX optimized design analyze the results of the experiment and circulate them with the relevant stakeholders propose and maintain a pipeline of experiments using prioritization model to constantly challenge the existing UX become a proficient user of the A / B testing platform (kibocommerce / Monetate) and the contact with the vendor to make sure to get the best out of the platform capabilities work across different CRO tools from analysis to implementation of your solutions NETWORK OF INTERACTION INTERNAL ecommerce team EXTERNAL vendors (Monetate, Wunderkind) TECHNICAL SKILLS - PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE Proven experience in end-to-end conversion rate optimization process Analytical and data-driven mindset Extensive experience in managing, planning and executing A / B testing Excellent communication skills in English is mandatory. the knowledge of the A / B testing platform (kibocommerce / Monetate) is a nice to have CANDIDATE PROFILE Educational Background : background can vary, from communication design to digital analytics LANGUAGES English J-18808-Ljbffr
