About the Role
Are you passionate about optimizing production processes and driving operational excellence?
Join our team as a Industrial Engineering Senior Specialist, reporting directly to the Industrial Engineering Manager.
You'll play a key role in improving efficiency and supporting continuous improvement initiatives on a dedicated production line.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare routings and identify sub-phases
Define cycle times, describe phases, and perform task element clocking
Analyze component feeding and prepare OPL/SOP documentation
Design, select, procure, and train on tools for material presentation and production
Design processes for standard logistic handling units
Organize materials at the line side
Balance production lines using WCM (World Class Manufacturing) methods
Analyze and implement kaizen activities to reduce Non-Value-Adding Activities (NVA)
