Benelli is looking for a Senior Designer with solid experience and a visionary mindset to shape the design of future models that will define the next era of motorcycling. Responsibilities:
Take full ownership of the design brief, translating it into bold and coherent design directions Manage and oversee projects throughout all development phases, ensuring quality and consistency Collaborate closely with the R&D; team to align design intent with engineering feasibility
Skills required:
Minimum 5 years of experience in motorcycle design (7+ preferred) Strong ability to coordinate teams and manage complex design projects Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative, xpavfwm leadership-oriented attitude Ability to interact effectively during full-scale (1:1) clay modelling phases, providing guidance and ensuring fidelity to the design vision
