With a commitment to quality service, innovative cocktails, and a vibrant atmosphere, we aim to provide an exceptional hospitality experience. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Bar Manager to join our team and lead our bar operations to new heights. Key Responsibilities: - Makes signature cocktails efficiently to the correct specifications
- Assist the Bar Manager in overseeing daily bar operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Support the organization and cleanliness of the bar area, equipment, and storage spaces.
- Prepares and serves drinks to guests in the restaurant with a high level of hospitality
- Maintains stock levels by monitoring and passing on any orders that need to be placed
- Sets up and closes down the bar at the start / end of each day **Qualifiche**
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years as Assistant Bar Manager **Skills**: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good leadership potential with a hands-on, team-oriented attitude.
- Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and bar service techniques.
- Ability to work calmly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Education: A degree or certification in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Certifications: Responsible beverage service certification (if applicable in your location).
