Aswe continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a highly motivated BusinessController to join our dynamic team.
You will directly report to the team leader Business Controlling, provide extensive commercial support to our global Business Controlling team in the core controlling processes and work on sales related projects.
In addition to this, you will act as business partner for our Digital & Retail business teams, which makes this role very varied and exciting.
YOUR TASKS
- Financial Planning & Analysis:
- Supervise and coordinate the budgeting and forecasting process in your area of responsibility
- Develop and manage financial models for our Digital & Retail Business areas
- Performance Monitoring & Cost Control:
- Analyze sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights to drive revenue growth and profitability
- Monitor and control costs ensuring alignment with budgetary target
- Reporting:
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports, highlighting key trends and performance indicators and empowering decision-makers with accurate data-driven insights
- Business Partnership & Strategy Support:
- Provide commercial support and business partnership to the Digital Business and Retail Teams, helping to drive strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives
- Team Support:
- Support the global Business Controlling team in operational tasks and project work, ensuring seamless collaboration and timely completion of deliverables
- Controlling Excellence:
- Identify and contribute to implementation of process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Business Controlling activities
YOUR PROFILE
- Ideally several years of experience in Business Controlling
- Strong affinity for numbers, analytical thinking, process orientation, and a solid understanding of complex business contexts
- High initiative, assertiveness, proactive problem-solving skills, and results-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- High team spirit and willingness to integrate
- Proficient in MS Office programs, SAP user knowledge and familiarity with BI tools are beneficial
- High level of interest and enthusiasm in dealing with new technologies
- Fluent in Italian and English; German language skills are advantageous
