Who We Are
We are looking for an experienced Model-Based Systems / AUTOSAR Engineer to support system design, requirements management, and testing activities for automotive embedded systems. The role focuses on model-based development using MathWorks tools and AUTOSAR-based architectures, with exposure to electric powertrain and high-voltage applications.
Location
Zagreb (on‑site), 6 months (possibility of extension)
What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and maintain system and software models using MATLAB/Simulink, System Composer, and related MathWorks toolchains.
- Support system architecture design and integration based on AUTOSAR standards.
- Work with Vector MICROSAR (preferred) in AUTOSAR-based projects.
- Manage and trace system and software requirements using tools such as IBM DOORS and JAMA.
- Define and execute verification activities using Simulink Test, Test Manager, and related tools.
- Actively support testing, debugging, and issue analysis across system and software levels.
- Collaborate closely with software, hardware, and testing teams.
What You’ll Bring Along
- University degree in Electronics, Automation, Computer Science, or Telecommunications Engineering.
- Minimum 5‑10 years of experience as a MATLAB/Simulink Developer in automotive embedded systems.
- Strong hands‑on experience with MathWorks tools (Simulink, System Composer, Requirements Toolbox, Test Manager).
- Proven experience working with AUTOSAR architecture.
- Prior exposure to Vector MICROSAR is highly desirable.
- Experience with requirements management systems (DOORS, JAMA).
- Background in automotive systems development.
- Nice to Have: prior project experience in electric powertrains or high‑voltage automotive applications.
- Nice to Have: familiarity with model‑based verification and validation processes.
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English.
