This is a full-time, permanent contract at grade 4/5.Panel interviews are expected at the end of August 2025.PurposeYou will contribute to shaping and implementing communication activities to increase awareness of the EIB Group’s activities, enhance its external reputation, and support its objectives.Operating NetworkYou will work closely with the Head of Strategic Priorities and Messaging, media colleagues, and external stakeholders including journalists, EU institutions, and financial entities.AccountabilitiesEngage in communication activities, conveying EIB priorities to media and stakeholders.Promote EIB’s investment priorities and policy decisions.Organise events, press conferences, and produce press materials.Prepare briefings for leadership and coordinate campaigns with regional and social media units.Liaise with EU institutions and promote EIB’s expertise and publications.QualificationsUniversity Degree (Bachelor or equivalent) in communication, political sciences, finance, or economics.Minimum 3 years relevant experience in strategic communications, media, or public relations.Excellent communication skills, familiarity with social media and audiovisual content preferred.Good knowledge of EU institutional and political frameworks, and the banking sector.Proficiency in English and French; knowledge of Italian, Spanish, or German is a plus.Additional InformationWe value diversity and encourage applications from all backgrounds.
