Experteer Overview In this role, you support the sales cycle by engaging with customers, coordinating pre- and post-sale actions, and converting quotes into orders while aligning with TIC certification timelines. You will operate in a hybrid, international environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate messaging and timely delivery. The position offers exposure to various products before market release and opportunities to influence sales strategy through deep customer understanding.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via phone or electronic inquiries for inquiries and admin tasks
- Coordinate pre- and post-sale actions to meet TIC certification requirements and adoption timelines
- Develop and share quotes using standardized pricing tools within established procedures
- Follow up with clients and assist in turning quotes into orders using ERP
- Route customers to appropriate UL personnel (Account Manager, SEs/ISEs, delivery teams, engineers)
- Track account history and supply data to deepen knowledge of accounts and opportunities
- Collaborate with internal resources to resolve inquiries and ensure clear, accurate messaging
- Provide input to account managers or SE/ISE based on relationship and needs to inform sales strategy
- Meet timelines for pre- and post-sales activities
Qualifications
- Fluent in Italian and English; Turkish or Spanish is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software
- Strong business acumen and understanding of sales processes
- Understanding of core UL products/services for relevant industry to generate quotes
- Strong communication and administrative skills
