Job Responsibilities
- Contribute ideas and know how to some Lean projects: 5S, Kaizen, layout optimizations, promoting across different Groups Team as: Quality, Operations, and Process Engineering.
- Communicate Lean group’s philosophy, vision, and expectations.
- Develop and sustain employees training and development on lean concepts.
Job Profile
- Bachelor in Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Economics.
- Passion for Lean Production, Operations and Innovations.
- Well organized and team player.
- Able to turn problems into solutions.
- Fluent in English.
