We are looking for a passionate and motivated Sales & Marketing Coordinator Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in the world of luxury hospitality.\nThis internship offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the Sales & Marketing department, supporting commercial initiatives, brand positioning, and guest engagement strategies in a refined and dynamic environment with a specific goal to develop professional skills within an international and inspiring hospitality environment.\nTasks/Responsibilities:\n· To support the Sales & Marketing team in daily operations\n· To update and manage client databases and CRM systems\n· To assist and support in organizing site inspections, events and PR initiatives\n· To support monitoring performance reports\n· Any other duties that may be assigned by your manager from time to time.\n· On occasion, be flexible in the work hours in line with the operational needs of executing the events and Sales initiatives\n· Report to work at the scheduled time, neatly groomed and in the correct uniform.\nKey Competencies:\nBachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Marketing, Hospitality, Tourism, Business, Communication or related fields\nStrong interest in luxury hospitality and brand-driven environments\nExcellent organizational and communication skills\nProactive mindset with strong attention to detail, demonstrates initiative and Client focused\nFluent in English (additional languages are a plus)\nExcellent organiser, must be able to prioritise, multi-task and forward plan\nConfident in verbal communications – English language Positive & supportive team player\nExcellent communication skills, verbal written\nFine eye for detail\nPassionate and committed, a team player, vibrant, energetic and fun, highly motivated IT Skills Required: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office; familiarity with digital tools and social media is appreciated\nInternship Details:\nDuration: 6 months_”stage curriculare”\nLocation: COMO Castello Del Nero, Strada Spicciano 7, 50028 Barberino Tavarnelle, Tuscany, Italy\nStart date: As soon as possible
