Our Market Analyst & Consultant (m / f / d) will:
* Provide project management support for solution projects, overseeing data collection processes (e.g., questionnaire finetuning, test samples, quota definition), data elaboration (e.g., briefing EDP on mono and multivariate analysis), data analysis, and reporting (e.g., defining chart templates and supporting senior insights according to NIQ data quality standards).
* Support senior colleagues throughout the research process, from proposals to final presentations, ensuring timely delivery and meeting expectations.
* Ensure client service delivery meets the agreed standards and service level requirements for contacts and presentations.
* Support engagement across the Solution portfolio.
* Proactively identify opportunities and share them with the Sales team and senior colleagues.

Additionally, we seek:
* A strong interest in consumer behavior, motivations, and decision-making.
* Curiosity about market dynamics and cultural influences on consumer purchasing and needs.
* Dedication and reliability in meeting deadlines and deliverables.
* Analytical skills to collect, analyze, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data.
* Familiarity with statistical techniques used in market data analysis.
* An open mindset, eagerness to learn, team spirit, and entrepreneurial attitude.
* Ability to organize and manage research projects within deadlines and budgets.
* Effective communication skills to present research findings clearly and persuasively.
* A client-centric approach.
* Computer skills, including data analysis software and tools for visual presentation (e.g., PPT, SPSS, Excel, Tableau).
* Native Italian speaker and proficient in English.
* Ideally, 1 to 3 years of experience as a quantitative Market Researcher in a research agency (ad hoc research).
