As a Sr Customer Succes Representative here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our CLSS customers in Italy. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing them with exceptional support and service. Your goal will be to accompany the customer across all CLSS touch points, from placing the license orders to commissioning the system. You will report directly to our Product Demand Generation Leader and you'll work out of our Italy location, with missions in the Iberian region if needed, on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the growth and success of Honeywell by: - Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, serving as their main point of contact. - Understanding CLSS customer needs and goals and providing tailored solutions and recommendations. - Ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver on customer commitments and drive customer success. - Identifying opportunities for customer expansion and upselling of products and services. - Providing CLSS training and support to customers to maximize their utilization and adoption of our solutions. Your responsibilities: ·Serve as the main CLSS point of contact for the assigned Countries, building strong relationships and ensuring their success. ·Understand CLSS customer needs and goals and provide tailored solutions and recommendations. ·Address customer issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner to ensure satisfaction. ·Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on customer commitments and drive customer success. ·Identify opportunities for customer expansion and upselling of products and services. ·Provide product training and support to customers to maximize their utilization and adoption of our solution. Must have: ·Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer facing technical and commercial roles, WAN / LAN network full proficiency, Cloud solution and professional software applications. ·Fluency in Italian and English. Spanish is a plus. ·Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships. ·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ·Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and retention What We Can Offer You ·Bachelor's degree in IT Engineering, or a related field. ·Experience in the building automation industry or a similar technical field. ·Knowledge of Honeywell's Building Automation products and solutions If this is your dream role, then we'd love to hear from you.
