OverviewWe are looking for a Cost Controller to join our Project Control team in Assago and support cost control activities for EPC projects in the electrical and electromechanical sector (substations) within Carlo Gavazzi Impianti.The selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring project costs, identifying and analyzing deviations from the budget, and ensuring that corrective actions are effectively tracked. The role also contributes to fostering a strong cost-awareness culture within the project team.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport budgeting and cost control activitiesPrepare regular cost reports and analysisCollect and maintain cost data and related documentationPrepare Business Unit cost status reports, cost commitments, and cash flow curves in line with project control guidelinesParticipate in change management processes, including cost estimates for variations and updates to project reportsAnalyze cost trends and support forecasting activitiesEnsure timely updates of budget and schedule changes in control systemsRequirements3–5 years of experience in cost control or project-based rolesStrong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with ERP systems (JDE is a plus)Professional level of EnglishDegree in Economics or Engineering (Bachelor's or Master's)Strong analytical mindset and attention to detailLocation: Assago (MI), with availability for short international business tripsThis position is open to candidates of all genders, in full compliance with Legislative Decree No. 198/2006 and subsequent amendments, and Legislative Decrees No. 215 and No. 216 of 2003 on equal treatment.
