Your role at KIKO MILANO
We are looking for a Social Media Intern to join KIKO MILANO's Social Media Team, reporting to the Social Media Manager.
Such talent will be responsible for various tasks including day-to-day social media activities, English copywriting across our platforms, coordination with franchise partners and new markets, supervision and approval of local Social Media plans, monitoring, reporting, and benchmark analysis, as well as assistance with Social Customer Care and Community Management.
In particular, you will:
Supporting day-to-day social media marketing activities (copywriting, music research, UGC and benchmark monitoring)
Assisting with content creation, including video filming and editing for TikTok and IG Stories
Supporting the development of creative briefs for content and social media special projects
Helping coordinate activities and daily requests across local and franchising markets
Work together with the team to develop innovative and engaging Social Media content
Use Social Media insights and other analytical tools to generate performance reports for other departments
What you will need to succeed
Native English Speaker or at a Native Speaker Level
A Bachelor's degree in Communications or a related field
Good knowledge of Social Media platforms & their analytics (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook Business Manager, YouTube & Pinterest)
Previous experience with copywriting activities could be considered as a plus
