You will assist the Senior Supply Chain Specialist / Supply Chain Manager in all aspect of the purchasing cycle of our projects.

8. Responsible for the execution of specific aspects of supply chain activities including expediting, procurement and negotiation
9. Preparation and issue Request for Quotation for the supply of goods and services for EPC Project and obtaining competitive quotation in a timely manner
10. Organize technical & commercial clarification meetings with Bidders
11. Liaise with technical disciplines in getting technical bids evaluation
12. Prepare and finalize commercial Bid Tabulations and Purchase Orders for all items to be purchased
13. Ensures all supply chain activities are carried out in accordance with the project execution plan/schedule and in line with project processes and procedures
14. Update the project procurement reports in line with project / client requirements
15. Comply with code of business conduct and ethics, corporate policies, procedures and work practices

16. MSc / BSc Degree in Engineering
17. 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
18. Fluent in English and in Italian
19. Good communication, planning and organizational skills
20. Pro-active approach in resolving issues
21. Familiar with Office tool
22. Availability for business trips and relocation abroad for project purpose
