Human Resources Strategist
The primary objective of this role is to develop and implement effective human resources strategies that align with the organization's overall vision and goals.
About the Role:
* This position will be responsible for structuring and developing the company in the human resources area, focusing on creating an adequate management of internal resources while investing in collective and individual well-being.
* The successful candidate will promote professional growth among employees through various initiatives, including training courses and employee development plans.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Audit current HR processes to identify areas for improvement
2. Create a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with company objectives
3. Foster collaboration between departments to enhance resource utilization
4. Direct recruitment efforts towards attracting top talent using MBO (Management by Objectives) incentive plans. Ensure all new hires meet specific qualifications at minimum Bachelors degree level or higher education equivalent; preference given if holds relevant certifications such as HR Qualifications.
