Stay up to date with collections, demonstrating strong product knowledge and a results-driven approach to exceeding KPI targets. Support daily operations in collaboration with colleagues and management, ensuring impeccable standards on the sales floor, in the stockroom, and in VM, in line with company guidelines. Deliver excellent customer service with a strong focus on CRM, clienteling, and after-sales processes. Act as a brand ambassador, building long-term relationships with new customers and VIP clientele.
REQUIREMENTS
At least 2 year's experience in a premium or luxury fashion industry. Currently working with KPIs, CRM & clients appointments. Fluent in English language.
