To enhance our staff, we're looking for a: JUNIOR WELDING ENGINEER The colleague will report to the Welding Manager within the Quality team and will be supported in a professional growth path aimed at developing autonomous skills in the role. We seek recent graduates with excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to manage complexity and change, passion, and a desire to grow. What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be Prepare welding technical documentation (WPS, PQR, procedures) for each project according to applicable ASME / EN codes and contract specifications. Prepare welder qualifications (WPQ) and maintain valid certifications. Collaborate with design and production teams on job orders. Work with the quality team to resolve welding-related issues and manage nonconformities. Select appropriate filler materials for each job order. Monitor welding process performance and implement continuous improvements to optimize efficiency and reduce costs. Requirements and Preferred Qualifications The ideal candidate has recently completed a course of study in Mechanical or Materials Engineering, has a strong interest in mechanics, seeks to acquire skills in the industrial field, knows English, and wishes to specialize in welding and boilers. Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Materials Engineering, or related field. Knowledge of international codes such as ASME, ISO, etc. Proficiency in English. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and 2D modeling software. Possession of international welding certification (IWE/IWT) is a plus.
