Ph3IT Service Delivery Specialist /h3pWe are looking for an IT Service Delivery Specialist to join the EMEA IT Operations team. In this role you will support and coordinate IT Operations and Service Delivery activities across the EMEA region, working closely with business stakeholders, global IT teams, suppliers, and external partners. Primary location: Lucca, Italy. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliSupport and coordinate regional IT Operations and Service Delivery activities across EMEA sites /liliCollaborate with local and global IT teams to implement and deliver standardized IT solutions for business projects /liliEnsure effective management of project scope, requirements, timeline, budget, and benefits in line with the change framework /liliParticipate in and lead regional IT projects, deployments, and implementations /liliEnsure proper project onboarding and alignment, clarifying technical scope, stakeholder expectations, and objectives /liliProactively monitor project execution, identify risks, issues, and impacts, and drive mitigation actions /liliMonitor and optimize process performance to improve efficiency and effectiveness /liliEngage with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure timely project delivery /liliEnsure high-quality and timely delivery of IT services and projects /liliCollaborate with global IT teams, suppliers, and IT partners to ensure stable and reliable service delivery /liliMonitor IT operations performance across EMEA and coordinate incident resolution and escalations /liliProvide regular reporting and maintain accurate documentation in global systems /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related technical/business field /lili4+ years of experience in IT projects, IT Operations, Service Delivery, or similar roles /liliAt least 3 years of experience in IT Operations /liliBroad IT knowledge across infrastructure, operations, service delivery, or regional IT support /liliExperience in one or more technical domains such as servers, networking, end‑user services, or factory IT (considered a plus) /liliGood understanding of Windows servers and network standards /liliProven ability to work independently in an international and cross‑functional environment /liliStrong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills /liliDemonstrated experience delivering projects on time and within budget /liliAbility to assess task complexity and estimate timelines accurately /liliFluency in English and Italian; additional languages are an asset /liliStrong reporting and documentation skills /li /ulh3Desired Attributes /h3pTo succeed in this role you bring a proactive mindset and strong coordination capabilities, supported by a solid IT background.
