We are constantly seeking bcurious, ambitious and motivated professionals /b with a strong interest in innovation. /p pThe Avio Group is seeking for a Project Controller to manage financial, project schedule, accounting, budgeting, reporting of the Project, in compliance with statutory obligations, company policies and internal procedures, aiming at the optimization of the Project financial performances to represent the Company with the various stakeholders. /p pThe Project Controller participates in the planning, tracking, analysis and reporting of performance on projects of varying contract type, size, complexity and level of risk of the execution phase and is a key member of the finance and project team and works directly with the Project Manager to help define the project's goals and objectives; and recommends actions to improve progress and performance. /p pThe Project Controller will have interface with Project Managers, senior technical staff, as well as other functional organizations including contracts, FPA, accounts receivable, subcontract management and procurement. /p h3Your main responsibilities will include: /h3 ul lito ensure the budgeting and forecast process for the Project in accordance with Company guidelines; /li lito manage the cost control system, to ensure the correct cost allocation, the compliance of costs with contracts or agreements signed by the company and the variance analysis between actual values and budget/forecast figures; /li lito manage project cash flow, authorizing all payments and treasury operations made by the Project; /li lito support the AFC Area in following up on the audit process, discussing and resolving any issue with the External Auditors; /li lito liaise with Legal and Contract Departments regarding the preparation of contracts and agreements; /li lito coordinate and liaise with Partners, Suppliers and Customers; /li lito ensure that the various procedures for the purchase of equipment and services are duly followed by all the departments; /li lito manage schedule development and management, performance status and reporting, baseline change control, risk management, earned value management guidance and tools; /li liadvice and consult on the application of effective planning techniques and controls (earned value, cost and schedule variance, estimates at completion, critical path analysis); /li limonitor and control project compliance in respect of the project’s contractual obligations; /li liensuring the Project controls team produces weekly / monthly / Quarterly reports in line with the project and company reporting calendar, providing details on progress, actuals, forecast and explanation of variances; /li limanage governance to ensure robust cost and schedule performance for the agreed Scope of Work across integrated programs managed across multiple suppliers; /li lito work closely with the Project Manager to maximize the potential of the project. /li liDegree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or Management/Industrial Engineering; /li liexperience (2–5+ years) in Project Controlling, Cost Controlling, Financial Analysis, PMO, Planning Scheduling; /li liadvanced Excel, ERP systems, MS Project or Primavera P6, Power BI; /li liknowledge of contracts, procurement processes, audit support and compliance; /li listrong analytical mindset with attention to detail; /li liexcellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills; /li lihigh integrity, accountability, and a proactive approach to risk prevention. /li /ul pIf you are looking for such a dynamic environment in which people can test themselves and answer new challenges, the Avio Group offers you the opportunity to build your future. /p pThe announcement is aimed at all people, without distinction of sex, in reference to Legislative Decree 198/2006.
