The IT Project Solution Manager will be responsible for ensuring the successful planning, execution, and monitoring of IT and Digital projects within the Energy Utilities domain, acting as a key interface between business and technical teams. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive attitude toward delivering value through technology.brMain responsibilities:brLead end-to-end project lifecycle management, from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, timelines, and budget.brGather and analyze business requirements in close collaboration with stakeholders to translate them into functional and technical specifications.brDraft and maintain comprehensive functional documentation, ensuring clarity and consistency for development and testing teams.brSupport testing phases, including integration tests, defect management, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring solutions meet quality and business expectations.brCoordinate cross-functional, multidisciplinary teams, ensuring collaboration, task alignment, and timely delivery across multiple streams.brManage project stakeholders at all levels, fostering transparent and continuous communication between IT and business functions.brMonitor project performance, manage risks and issues proactively, and propose corrective actions when necessary.brEnsure the application of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices in line with organizational standards (e.g., Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall depending on the context).brProduce and present regular project reports, dashboards, and updates to internal stakeholders and leadership teams.brContribute to the evolution of digital and IT solutions, promoting innovation and continuous improvement in processes and technologies.brRequirements:br5+ years of experience in managing or supporting IT projects, preferably in the Energy Utilities sector or in similar complex, regulated industries.brKnowledge and experience with billing, metering and credit systems, preferably with Net@ and SAP platforms.brProven experience in end-to-end integration projects involving Salesforce CRM, with a solid understanding of data flows and system interoperability.brGood understanding of functional processes related to metering, billing, and credit, including their interdependencies across systems.brFamiliarity with payment systems and platforms (e.g., Nexi, PayPal, PagoPA) and experience in integrating IT systems with banking and financial institutions.brKnowledge of Market Communication integration processes and systems related to the Sistema Informativo Integrato (SII), such as DiscoHub systems, such as TC2Next, and other relevant tools.brSolid understanding of project management principles and familiarity with Agile (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) and/or Waterfall methodologies, with the ability to adapt based on project needs.brProven ability to gather and translate business requirements into functional and technical documentation.brStrong stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams across departments.brExcellent analytical thinking and a structured problem-solving approach.brA proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative, propose improvements, and drive change.brStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey ideas, issues, and solutions.brFluency in English (written and spoken) is requiredbrDo you have questions?brFor further information please contact Tiziano Braccini.
