At Grupo Planeta we’re looking for a Recruiter to join our team in the Rome Business School.
Responsibilities
* Recruitment and CV screening through various job portals.
* Conducting interviews (phone, online, and in person).
* End-to-end management of the selection process, from opening to closing.
* Support in the onboarding process for new hires.
* Constant communication and coordination with internal managers.
* Collection and analysis of recruitment metrics.
Requirements
* University degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or similar.
* Italian and English C1 is mandatory.
* Minimum of 1–2 years of experience recruiting, specially within Sales Department.
* Advanced level of office automation skills.
